CPV Fittings

Catalog 68 – O seal fittings.

CPV’s O seal fittings are widely specified for systems controlling liquid and gases up to 6,000 PSI. In sizes from 1/8” to 2 ½” nominal bore the fitting are available in a variety of materials including stainless steel, Monel, steel, brass and copper nickel. Configurations include butt weld, socket weld and threaded connections. Although designed around nominal bore pipe sizes it is also possible to supply in instrumentation tube (metric and imperial) sizes.

Catalog 74 – MK VIII Fittings – O ring seal.

CPV’s MKVIII fittings differ from those in catalogue 68 in that they are for instrumentation imperial tube sizes and not nominal bore. Available in stainless steel or steel construction and rated to 6,000psi.

Catalog 77 – MK VIII Fittings – direct braze.

Also features MKVIII fitting for imperial tube size but these couplers, elbows, tees and reducers do no feature an O ring seal. Rated 6,000 psi.

Catalog 75 – Hose Fittings

MKVIII hose fittings offer compatibility with the MKVIII system, rated 6,000psi.
